I moderated a session at the National Conference of the American Planning Association in Boston on April 11, 2011. The session was titled, "Controlling Strip Development Using Design Guidelines". My fellow speakers were Sarah Korjeff from the Cape Cod Commission in Barnstable, Massachusetts, and Terry DeWan, a landscape architect from Yarmouth, Maine.
